    When ordering this very pretty item, I wasn’t sure of the spelling of my friends dogs name passed. When I found out that I was wrong about the spelling, I immediately contacted customer service and they corrected my mistake and sent me my product. Her dog lived for 14 years, so this was like her child and she was very excited and very happy with her gift as I was comfortable giving it to her since it was such a wonderful product.
